Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour

1tsp ground flax seeds powder

1-2 tbsp fenugreek dry leaves

1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder(optional)

1 tbsp salt

2 tbsp oil for making the dough

1 tbsp for greasing

1/2 cup water to make the dough

Recipe

👩‍🍳Mix all the above ingredients, kneed to make a thick dough

👩‍🍳Keep this dough aside for 10 minutes covered

👩‍🍳Make small balls from this dough while trying to keep the rest of the dough covered always using a muslin cloth (So that the mix does not dry out)

👩‍🍳Take one ball at a time and spread it as thinly as possible using a roller

👩‍🍳 Use a shape cutter of your choice to make even shapes. I used a round shape cutter

👩‍🍳 Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius for 10-15 minutes

👩‍🍳 Repeat this process for all the other balls and keep the shapes aside

👩‍🍳 Grease the baking tray with olive oil and place the shapes evenly on the tray

👩‍🍳 Prick all the shapes using a fork so that they don’t puff up while baking

👩‍🍳 Brush all shapes with some oil on top and place them in the back oven

👩‍🍳 Bake them for 15-20 minutes on 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes

👩‍🍳 Remove them from the oven and let cool completely

👩‍🍳 Enjoy them with any pickle of choice with tea /coffee.
