How to eat it?
Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower washed and chopped in flower size pieces
1 tbsp grated Ginger
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp groundnut oil (use any other vegetable oil of your choice)
salt to taste
Recipe
👩🍳Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds
👩🍳Once they begin to turn splutter add turmeric and grated ginger
👩🍳Add the cut cauliflower and salt
👩🍳Sprinkle few drops of water and cook closed for 5-7 minutes
👩🍳Roast open for another 5 minutes open for any water to evaporate
