Ginger Cauliflower stir fry

Peppery sweet side dish with a spicy aroma and yumminess in every bite..

How to eat it?

This is enjoyed as a #sidedish with #rice or #roti


Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower washed and chopped in flower size pieces

1 tbsp grated Ginger

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp groundnut oil (use any other vegetable oil of your choice)

salt to taste

Recipe

👩‍🍳Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds

👩‍🍳Once they begin to turn splutter add turmeric and grated ginger

👩‍🍳Add the cut cauliflower and salt

👩‍🍳Sprinkle few drops of water and cook closed for 5-7 minutes

👩‍🍳Roast open for another 5 minutes open for any water to evaporate
