Sautéed Spinach served with Indian Flatbreads

How to eat it?
It can also be enjoyed along with sweet rice pudding
Ingredients
250 gm washed and chopped spinach
1 red onion peeled and chopped in small pieces
2 slit green chillis or 1 red chilli whole
1 tsp coriander powder (I use home made #drypowders but you can take any brand of your choice)
1 tsp garam masala (I use home made but you can take any brand of your choice)
2 tbsp groundnut oil (use any other vegetable oil of your choice)
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
Recipe
👩🍳Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds
👩🍳Now add the onions and stir occasionally
👩🍳Once they begin to turn brown add the chilli
👩🍳Add salt and the chopped spinach
👩🍳Stir for 2 minutes and add coriander powder and garam masala
👩🍳Cook closed for 5 minutes and then open for another 5-10 minutes to let excess water evaporate
