Ingredients (Serves 2 might vary again from person to person)
100 gm raw almonds
100 gm Jaggery / Brown sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
A pinch of salt
Recipe
👩🍳Pan roast the almonds for 10 minutes or bake them for 10 minutes in a baking oven.
👩🍳In a hot pan, add the jaggery with just enough water and let it cook in a low flame
👩🍳Make a thick syrup of jaggery and water by continuously cooking in a low flame
👩🍳Keep checking from now and then not allowing the syrup to burn. (If the syrup is sticking to your finger this means it is done)
👩🍳Mix the cinnamon powder to the syrup and remove it from heat
👩🍳In a bowl transfer this syrup and mix the almonds well
👩🍳Let the almonds coat well by cooling down completely
👩🍳 Remove the clumps if any and let the almonds cool down completely. Store in an airtight container and enjoy it anytime anyway.
