Vegan Baked Sweet potato chips

How to eat it?

Eat it as a snack anytime during the. day, serve it with tea/coffee, playtime kids snacks.



Ingredients

2 big sweet potatoes washed and thinly sliced🥥

1 tbsp coconut oil (any other oil of choice)

1 tbsp salt

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

Recipe

👩‍🍳 Preheat the oven to 120 degree C for 10-15 minutes and remove the baking tray

👩‍🍳 Mix the sliced sweet potatoes with oil in a bowl

👩‍🍳 Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well

👩‍🍳 Let the mix marinate for 10-15 minutes

👩‍🍳 Lay the baking tray with baking paper and spread the slices in single layers across the whole space

👩‍🍳 Keep the tray in the oven and allow them to bake for approx an hour depending on how thick your potato slices are

👩‍🍳 Keeping flipping the sides of the slices in intervals of 10-15 minutes to ensure they are not getting burnt

👩‍🍳 After approx an hour take them out, let rest for 10 minutes and serve immediately
