This is a perfect blend of coconut cream, cocoa powder and sweeter and enjoyed as a light low carb desert.

How to eat it?
This is enjoyed as a perfect Vegan desert anytime anywhere !


Ingredients (Serves 2 might vary again from person to person)
Chilled coconut cream (can chilled overnight)
2 tbsp natural sweetener of your taste
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Grated / Shaved dark chocolate ( I used the one from Veganz)
Grated / Shaved dark chocolate
A pinch of salt

Recipe
👩🍳Transfer the thick hard chilled coconut cream to a bowl and discard all of the liquid left in the bottom of the can if any (or reserve to add into smoothies)
👩🍳Add organic cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, powdered plant based sugar (I used Xylit) and blend using a hand mixer (or whisk) until thick and creamy (for about 1-2 minutes with breaks of a few seconds).
👩🍳Depending on the coconut cream you use, a mousse will be formed almost immediately. If not, refrigerate until set and ready to serve, or serve immediately.
👩🍳Add the 'plain whipped cream' over the mousse and sprinkle with shaved chocolate and enjoy.
