Ingredients
2 big sweet potatoes washed and boiled
2 tbsp oil for pan roasting
1 tbsp salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp flaxseeds powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Recipe
👩🍳 Peel and mash the sweet potatoes in a big bowl
👩🍳 Add all the dry ingredients and mix well except the bread crumbs
👩🍳 Make tiny balls and pat them in between hand to make a cutlet shape
👩🍳 Similarly make 5-6 cutlet shapes
👩🍳 Heat the pan and sprinkle oil
👩🍳 Dip the cutlets in the breadcrumbs and place them on the pan
👩🍳 Keeping flipping the sides of the slices in intervals of 5-10 minutes to ensure they are not getting burnt
👩🍳 After around 20 minutes the brown roasted cutlets will be ready to eat.
